I'm Taylor Sarreen — a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor, nervous system healing guide, and someone who believes deeply that the mat is nothing more than a reflection of your life.

My teaching style is poetic — a meeting place of strength and softness, where you are invited to move with intention and rest without guilt. Every class is a chance to witness yourself exactly as you are.

I hold a special place in my heart for mothers. Whether you're navigating postnatal healing, nervous system dysregulation from the demands of busy motherhood, or simply searching for an hour that belongs entirely to you — this space was made for you.
